So I thought I could get away with giving my daughter those Valentines cards you can get at the Dollar Store to give to the kids in her class. Last night she asks me if I’m going to make anything for her class. I’ve spoiled the kid!! So today, I spent the afternoon making these little goodies. It’s the last year I have to so I guess I should be a little sad
The boys are getting the ones I made with the Candy Wrapper Sizzix Die. I’ve been wanting to try that anyway so it was a good test run. The little purses are ones I CASED from one of my customers who made a bunch of them for her aunt’s 75th Birthday party. The one she gave me didn’t get on the site because my daughter ate the candy. Thanks for the inspiration Suzanne! The purses were the easiest. It’s just a Top Note folded over. How clever is that!

Wow, another way to use the top note, very clever…and cute!!
Wow! These are amazingly cute!
I know what you mean about being a little sad. I heard a rumor that my son’s school stops doing valentines after 4th grade, so I’m glad I worked so hard on his this year.
I featured you on my blog!! Swing by and check it out!

What cute projects! I love the glimmer paper on these. I always struggle with assembling the Candy Wrapper die, but it looks like you’ve got it down.
Is there a template available?
