Stylish Blog Award

8- I have two cats, Gretzsky & Caterina. Gretzsky is always on my table when I’m stamping :)

7- I’ve been to Disney World over 25 times – going 3 times this year!

6- I LOVE football, especially the Patriots.

4- My favorite place in the entire world is Italy. I’ve been there twice and want to go back so bad!

Teacher Gift

It’s that time of year. Teacher gift time!  This is a great little gift to any teacher!

Come Sail Away…..

I wanted to make something a little different and I bought this set, Uncharted Territory, ages ago so I finally used it.  It’s a great masculine card – which I don’t do enough of lately.  You can switch out the verse to a Happy Father’s Day verse as well.

Been A Stampin’ Fool Today!

I’ve been so busy with my “real” job and getting ready for the craft show I have not posted any projects for upcoming classes.  Well here are three more samples that are coming up in the next few weeks!  I have a few spaces left next Friday, April 29th, then the 3 classes in May are all open. Contact me if you want to sign up!

I bought some new DSP, Greenhouse Gala and the stamp set, Friends Never Fade. It was time for some new stuff and I really love some of the samples I’ve seen on the net.  There’s some Dazzling Diamonds in the center of the flowers, you really can’t se them in this picture.  I didn’t case this from anyone either so no need to link anywhere. I don’t do that too often!

This one I did CASE from a very talented stamper, Chat. She is one of my favorite stampers to CASE from.  I envy her talent big time!  Here’s the card I copied from.  I changed the colors and the placement of the ribbon, but it was so great to begin with, I didn’t need to change it much.  We’ll be doing this on April 29th. If you have enough Mother’s Day cards, you can always use a Happy Birthday verse I have in the stamp stash.

This card is done with one of the new sets in the upcoming Summer Mini.  It’s called Best Dad Ever. The paper is the DSP Celebrations.  Great colors for boys to men!  This card is so simple yet a great card for Father’s Day or a dad’s birthday.

Hopefully by the end of the week, I’ll have the rest of the cards for the May classes posted!

Craft Fair Pictures

Here are some pictures of the craft fair I did today. They had a great turn out and I met some nice people who bought a lot of goodies!  I forgot how much fun craft fairs can be. I was lucky enough to sit next to a good friend of mine so it was a great day all around! Oh, and I won 2 raffles!!  Mary Kay and Tastefully Simple!

I had a great spot on the corner of the row. They supplied huge tables for us as well.

These were a big hit with the kids. I sold all but 3 of them!

The bookmarks were a hit too. Have to make more of those next time.

Sold a ton of cards this fair. Last fair I sold none. Go figure.

More Great Gifts For Mother’s Day

I was given this card as a “thank you” from Stampin’ Up! for doing a Workshop Wow demonstration at the Hartford Regionals last month.  I loved it so much that I bought the set, Bold Blossoms so I could make it myself!  I’m making a few of the sets to sell at my upcoming craft show on Saturday.  I’ve been cranking out so much stuff, you’d think I’d be “stamped” out by now!!!  Don’t think that will ever happen!

 

I changed the colors and the design just a bit.

June Panel For Shadow Box Club

I thought June would be a tough month to do and I was right.  But, it came out better than I thought it would.  Father’s Day and Graduations would be the theme so it came out kind of masculine, but I really love it!  For my long distances Shadow Box Club members, you will be getting this in the mail by Friday or Monday at the latest.  We’ll meet again the end of June to do the next three months.  At least I have 2 1/2 months to come up with ideas!
