At my downline meeting last month, one of my team members told me that she made magnetic book marks at the fairs she had done. She put ribbons on the tops of hers, but I decided to make mine a little different. They are SUPER simple and work up faster than any other thing I make. The base piece is 8 x 2. Score at 4 and fold over. Place a piece of DSP on the front, ( 3 -3/4 x 1 3/4) and decorate any way you like! The magnets I used are those credit card magnets you can get any office supply store. I cut them and put on the inside of the bookmark. They are the least bulkiest magnets I could find and they are self adhesive In theh first picture below, I made a small comp book to go with the bookmark. That’s actually a tip I have for all you craft fair gals. Make a lot of inexpensive items that match and people will buy 1 of each as a bigger gift! Also, did you notice the ink stains on my fingers in the last picture? Sign of a true stamper!

These are really cute, Can I ask what price you put on your bookmarks and comp books for the craft fairs? PS.. I love your blog.
Hi Peggy,
I’m selling the bookmarks for $1.00 and the comp books for $2.00. They are easy, fast & cheap to make!
Oh, and thanks for the compliment! I love paper crafting!
You always have cute and simple ideas for gifts, or craft fairs. I always look forward to seeing what you make next
Creative bookmarks. And I love your inky fingers!
These are cute and I agree about the comp books I made about 20 of them the last fair I did and sold every single one of them, I also made the smaller version too and people seemed to like those too b/c they could put them in their purses. Great idea for the magnets
.
I love your version of my bookmarks!
So excited you tried them!
They’re really cute! (I think even cuter than mine!).
Awesome job!

These are gorgeous. I had a go at the Angry Birds and whilst mine don’t look anywhere near as professional and neat as yours – I still had fun and they look great. Thanks for the inspiration.

Love the Angry Birds!! Could you please share your dimensions on the eye circles and nose? Yours look perfect!!
Pardon my ignorance, but what is DSP?
DSP is designer signature paper.
