A friend pinned a Batman logo on Pinterest and when I looked at it, I somehow focused on the negative space of the bat. What I saw was the Stampin’ Up Word Window Punch.  That’s how I made this Batman Logo!  I used the oval Nestabilities in 2 different sizes, the smaller one in black and the larger one in yellow.  Using the Word Window Punch, punch out a few pieces of  some Post-it-notes (a few at a time because they are thin) and place them on the black oval to form the “negative space” as shown. Then punch it out.   I used the 5 petal punch to do the top of the bats head.  Now I just have to figure out what to make with this Batman emblem! Pretty cool huh?

Enjoy!

Time to Make More Cards

I’m trying to make up for lost time :)  Here’s a design I CASED from The Night Stamper.  Love her work. I sold a lot of cards at my last craft show so it’s time to restock, plus the show I’m doing in 2 weeks will want a lot of cards. Last year at that show I sold about 30 or 40 cards.  It’s at my parents retirement community and they like to send cards to each other, especially “get well soon”!

Snowman Box

I didn’t realize I haven’t posted anything in 2 weeks!  That’s not like me! But it’s been a crazy two weeks. I finished up school (finally got my degree, 30 years after all my friends did!) so I should have more time to get ready for my craft shows and Christmas projects!

My craft show last weekend was great.  Have to replenish all the cards I sold.  People loved my tins, too bad I can’t find any more of them. I wish Provocraft would sell them again!

Here’s a cute snowman box I’m going to fill with candy.  I have to wait for my Stampin’ Up! bags to come in though!

Christmas Tins

I found some band aid tins I didn’t use last year.  These make great gift card holders or just great to hold candy or anything that will fit in there.  I made 7 different ones.  Enjoy!

Fall Candy Dish

I borrowed the Perfectly Preserved bundle from one of my downline gals this weekend. As you can see, I’ve been using it for the past few days. I think I’m putting it on my wish list! I wasn’t thrilled with it when I saw it in the Holiday Mini, but the more and more I see people making things with the, the more I want it.

I made this fall candy dish with the set and the DSP.  I’m going to try to sell a few of these at my upcoming craft fairs.

Enjoy!

Perfectly Preserved

Two for one night!  I could have posted tomorrow, but I loved this card and want to post it tonight. I need a few Thanksgiving cards to sell this fall. I only have this set for a little while, I borrowed it from one of my team members, and I think it may need to be on my wish list now!

I just LOVED this little nugget holder.  There’s a great video on how to do it as well. I did it a little different.  She used the DSP for the jar cover. I just stamped it with the stamp.  I also tried a Christmas one as well. Came out just as cute!  These are really small though. The picture makes them look bigger actually.  Enjoy!
