I did this one before I went away.  I meant to update my blog more while I was gone, but they kept us SO busy I was too exhausted to post, plus I lost a piece of my power supply and didn’t have enough juice to power up my computer!!!

I am also changing out one of the cards we are doing Friday night and substituting this one.  I realized I used the same stamps twice and I thought I would use some of the new papers as well.  This card is so easy and so much fun!!!

I’ve been stamping since 2003 and I’ve never done a challenge!  This is my first one from SCS.  Here’s the gallery for the challenge.  Go do one yourself, it’s fun!  It actually helped me design this a little faster than if I did it without a sketch.

Card Components:

Card stock: Chocolate Chip, DSP Play Date

Inks: Real Red, Tempting Turquoise, Old Olive

All my cards are for sale or you can purchase a project sheet.  Please go to the Catalogs/Shops page for more info.

I went to my upline’s house a couple of months ago for a demo meeting.  Someone had given her a gift made from recycled blueberry/tomato containers. She also made one and we did one in the meeting as well.  Being a good little CASER that I am, I just had to copy!  Thanks Katherine!

The fall one is a used blueberry/tomato container and the Christmas themed one is actually a deli container.  The deli container will be best for holding cookies or bark because it has no holes.  Look for these in an upcoming class in Sept/Oct!  The Christmas one will be a little different because I don’t have any more Baja Breeze ribbon.  Stay tuned for a new design.

Stamp Sets: Autumn Harvest, Any Verse you like.

Cardstock: Cajan Craze, Pumpkin Pie, Watercolor Paper

Stamp set: Retired level 3 set from 2009-2010, Any verse

Cardstock: Baja Breeze

It’s great for holding cards and pictures.  I used the Island Oasis DSP and the Tropical Party stamp set.
