Archive for December, 2013

For a while, I thought I had lost my Mojo.  I was so much in the Christmas mode, that when my Sale-a-bration and  Occasions Mini pre-order came, I couldn’t come up with anything.  I spent 3 nights in my stamp room and came up with absolutely NOTHING! It was very discouraging for a while.  But, I took a few nights off and I think that did the trick!

I LOVE this 3 x 3 card.  I received a 3 x 3 card at convention last year that was made like this, but I used the Envelope Punch Board to make this one. The Envelope Punch Board wasn’t available at SU last year.

This will be the project for my January 10th. You can sign up today!

Card Components:

Stamp Sets: Remembering Your Birthday, Banner Blast (SAB 2014) A Fitting Occasion

Paper: Basic Black, Bermuda Bay, Kaleidoscope DSP (OM 2014)

Directions To My Projects

I’m extremely flattered when people ask me for directions to my projects.  People wanting to make my projects is such a great compliment!  Unfortunately, doing tutorials is very difficult for me.  I work a full-time job, take care of a family (including elderly parents) and barely have enough time to do much of anything including stampin! For these reasons, I only have a list of supplies available at my workshops for the workshop attendees.  I try to answer comments on my posts most of the time, but tutorials are not in the cards at this time.  Plus, the tutorials I have done in the past take me an incredible amount of hours to do, it’s just not what I’m good at!  I’ll try to get better at listing the supplies on the posts in the coming year, this will be my New Year’s resolution to my blog subscribers! Hopefully, this will help you in re-creating my work.

Thanks for visiting my blog over the years and may all of you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Blog Neglect

As you’ve noticed, I haven’t posted much the past month or so.  Getting ready for craft shows, making my own Christmas gifts and working my “real” job gets in the way of my stamping!  I should be back in the swing of things after Christmas – getting ready for the Occasions catalog and Sale-a-bration!  Here are just a few updates to hold you until I can create again!

My last craft show is this Saturday, from 9-3 in Lexington Mass. LEXINGTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS  – CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING – ENTRANCE ON 328 LOWELL ROAD.  Hope to see you there, BUT if you cannot make it, I will have my craft show table up in my house all year long!  I call it “The Never Ending Craft Show!”.  I took over my daughter’s play room and will keep my craft show table up all year long.  If you ever want to come shopping, just contact me to schedule a time.  I’ll have seasonal gifts through out the year!  Stay tuned for some pics!

On Dec 10th, the Clearance Rack will be updated with new stuff!  These are “While Supplies Last”.  So if you see something there you really want, I suggest you don’t wait!

This Occasions Catalog starts January 4.

I LOVE the Sale-a-bration items this year!  Sale-a-bration goes from Jan 28 – March 30.  Wait till you see what you can get for free!

My winter Open House will be on Sunday January 26th from 1 – 4.  More info to come!

I’m changing my workshops up a bit.  I have posted the dates I will be doing workshops, but you will not be able to sign up for them until I post the projects.  You can go to the Workshops page to see them.  Please also note the new 6/5 Free Class Program. I am still honoring class tickets until June 2014, but after June, they will no longer be valid. Contact me if you have any questions.

Happy Holidays!
